chase and sale of lands in the State of Florida
with full power and authority to purchase said lands
and to sell the same or any part or parcel thereof
for such price or sum as to him shall seem meet
all conveyances of said lands to and from him to be made
in fee simple and for us and in our name to make
execute acknowledge and deliver good and sufficient 
deeds for the same either with or without covenants and
warranty: and to ask demand recover and receive all
sums of money which shall become due and owing us
by means of such sales and to take all lawful ways
and means for the recovery thereof to compound and
agree for the same and to execute and deliver suffici
ent discharges and acquitances and we do hereby give
and grant unto our said attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises as fully to all intents and pur
poses as we might or could do if personally present
hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said
Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof In the event of the death of either or
both of us this power of attorney is not to be revoked,
but to continue in full force and effect until the lands
bought by our said attorney under this power and held
in our names shall have been sold and the proceeds
realized from such sale converted unto cash In witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this
