lying and being in the county of Alachua and State of
Florida and better Known and described on the lands
maps of said county as The South East quarter (SE 1/4) of
the South East quarter SE 1/4 of Section Twenty three (sec
23) in Township Eight (T.8) South of Range Twenty one
(S R 21) East containing Forty Acres more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise ap
pertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and
also all the estate right title interest property pos
session claims and demands whatsoever both in
law and in equity which the said testator had in his
life time and at the time of his decease and which
the said party of the first part has by virtue of
the said last will and testament or otherwise of
in and to the above granted premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To
Have and to hold all and singular the above granted
premises together with the appurtenances and every part
thereof unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns forever And the said party of
the first part for himself his heirs executors and
administrators does covenant premise and ag
ree to and with the party of the second part that he
is lawfully the executors of the last will and test
ament of said Archibald H. Cole and has power
to convey as aforesaid and has in all respects ac
ted in making this conveyance in pursuance of the
authority granted in and by the said last will
and testament and that he has not made done or
suffered and act matter or thing whatsoever since
he was executor as aforesaid whereby the above gran
ted premises or any part thereof are shall or may be
impeached charged or incumbered in any manner what
soever In witness whereof the said party of the first
