before me a commissioner resident in the County of
Chatham and State of Georgia duly commissioned and
qualified by the executive authority and under the laws
of the State of Florida to take the acknowledgment and
proof of deeds et cetera to be used or recorded therein per
sonally came Robert G. Cole the Executor of the last will and
testament of Archibald H. Cole to me Known to be the ind
ividual described in and who executed the above con
veyance and acknowledged that he Executed the same
as such executor as aforesaid for the purposes therein
mentioned In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and Official seal this nineteenth day of May in the
Year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and eighty three
at the City of Savannah County of Chatham and
State of Georgia.

                      Deed
This Indenture made the first day of January in
the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and eighty three between the Florida Southern Rail
way Company of the first part and John A. Street
of Perry Junction Florida of the second part witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in consid
eration of the sum of One dollar lawful money of
the United States of America to it paid by the party
of the second part at or before the ensealing and deliv
ery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ackno
wledged has remised released and forever quit claimed
and by these presents does remise release and forever
quit claim unto the said party of the second part and
to his heirs and assigns forever Lot 12 Block 9 of the
original plat of the town of Perry Junction situated
in Sec 29 Tp 10 S Range 21 E in the County of Ala
chua State of Florida Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belon
ging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion
and reversion remainder and remainders rents issues
