interest property possession claim and demand whatsoe

Know all men by these Presents that for the consid
eration herein before expressed the New England Trust
Company trustees under a certain mortgage given
by the Florida Southern Railway Company does
hereby forever release and discharge the above describ
ed land from the effect and operation of said trust
mortgage and releases and discharges all lien or
right to lien upon said land by reason of said
mortgage. In witness whereof the New England Trust
Company has hereunto caused its corporate name
to be subscribed by its duly authorized Agent on
the day and Year first above written.
