Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
I J.M. Arnow of Camden County Georgia for and in
consideration of the sum of Three hundred dollars to me
in hand paid by D.J. Roper of the county of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto him the said D.J. Roper all of that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the county of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly Known and described as follows to wit Lot
No 6 Range No 1 in the City of Gainesville State and
county aforesaid as shown by map of said town con
taining by estimation one acre of land more or less Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and app
urtenances to the same belonging or in any wise apper
