in the State of Florida particularly described as follows
to wit commencing at a point which is located on the
Eastern boundary line of section Thirty Three (33) in Town
ship Nine (9) South of Range Twenty (20) East Four
teen hundred and Thirty six (1436) feet North of the
South East Corner of said section and running thence
W Two Thousand Nine hundred and sixty seven
(2967) feet thence North Two Thousand nine hun
dred and Thirty six and three tenths 2936 3/10 feet
Thence East Two Thousand nine hundred and sixty
Seven 2967 feet to the Eastern boundary line of
said section thence South along said Section
line Two Thousand nine hundred and thirty
six and three tenths (2936 3/10) feet to the point of begin
ning Together with all and singular the tenements her
editaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining To have and to hold the same
unto him the said Albert D. Loomis and to his heirs ex
ecutors administrators and assigns in fee simple ab
solutely forever And I the said Geraldine C. Beattie
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
Albert D. Loomis that I am lawfully seized in fee of
the premises and every part thereof herein and hereby
conveyed and that I have good and perfect right
to sell and to convey the same that the same are free
from and clear of all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto him the said Albert D. Loomis and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or to claim the same In witn
ess whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
hereto my seal on this second day of June A.D. 1883.
