Alachua County } Know all men by these presen
ts that "The East Gainesville Florida Improvement
Company" (a corporation duly and legally organiz
ed under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Florida)
of the County and State aforesaid for and in consid
eration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) to it in hand
paid by John E. Lambeth of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida the receipt whereof it does hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto him the said John E. Lambeth all that certain Lot
piece tract or parcel of land situated lying in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly Known
and described as follows to wit The East half 1/2 of the
north west quarter (1/4) of the North East quarter (1/4) of
the south west quarter (1/4) excepting fifty (50) feet in
width running east and west along the north bound
ary line and the south west quarter (1/4) of the north
Est quarter 1/4 of the south west quarter 1/4 ex
cepting twenty 20 feet in width running north and
south along the west boundary line and twenty
(20) feet in width running east and west along the
South boundary line all of the said reserves shall
be for the public use as street of section three (3)
Township Ten (10) South of Range twenty 20 east
and still more particular described as follows to wit:
Lots Sixty seven (67) sixty nine 69 and seventy (70)
of said section three (3) Township Ten 10 South of Range
twenty 20 East as shown by the map of the survey
of said tract of land recorded by said Company in
the records of Alachua County Florida The land here
in described being sold and conveyed subject to its
proportionate share of a Mortgage lien in favor of
Charles W. Brush and Julia A. Van Ness for the sum
of Five Thousand and fifty four 47?100 Dollars ($5054 47/100)
