ins thence West Twelve Chains and Fifty links thence
North sixteen chains to the point of beginning) Also
another piece or parcel of land commencing at
the North West corner of Section Fourteen (14)
Township Eleven (11) Range Nineteen (19) East runn
ing thence due East along the Section line thirty
Eight chains and seventy five links to the Easter
n banks of a certain Ditch thence South Thirty
five degrees East along the eastern bank of said
ditch Nine chains and fifty links to the Waters
Edge thence South to the Southern boundary of said
section Fourteen thence due West along said
Section line to the South West corner of said
Section Fourteen thence due North on the
Section line to the point of beginning said
tract of land being a portion of the Arredondo
Grant and containing in all two hundred and
Eighty two and one half (282 1/2) acres of land
and land covered by water Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertain
ing To have and to hold the same unto them the
said John W. Hudson and Myron B. French as ten
ants and owners in common and I the said
Mrs. P.C. Cavellier do hereby covenant and
agree that the foregoing lands are free and
unencumbered of and from all and any liens of any
nature and description whatsoever and that I will
warrant and defend the title to the same against
myself my heirs and assigns and against any
and every person or persons whomsoever claiming
or to claim the same In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on
this 19th day of June A.D. 1883.
