No 3 made by the said Fuller C.E. said Lots each being
one hundred and fifty seven and a Half feet square sav
ing and reserving off of the North boundary of lot Ten
(10) a strip of (12) Twelve feet for an Alley Way Con
taining by estimation one and 1/7 acres of Land more
or less Also all of our interest in & to that track or
parcel of Land Known and described as follows to wit
Lot No (9) Nine in Lot No (3) Three of the North West
quarter of Section five (5) Township (10) Ten South Range
20 Twenty East. The said Lot or subdivision being
one hundred and fifty seven and a half 157 1/2 feet
from East to west and one hundred & forty five (145)
feet from North to South The said Lot being bounded on
the North by a street twelve (12) feet wide Lying
and being situated in the State and County aforesaid
and in what is generally Known as Browns addition to
Gainesville containing by estimation one half acre of land
more or less Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the same
unto him the said A.W. Leighton and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
absolute and we the said James E. Love and Mary
E. Love do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said A.W. Leighton that we are lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same In witness where
