      Albert H. Poole to Hart Gilbert
                    "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that I Albert H. Poole
an unmarried man of Knox County Tennessee have
sold and do hereby sell grant convey and confirm
unto Hart Gilbert Esq of Gettysburg Penn in con
sideration of the sum of Four Hundred Dollars
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the following
described premises situate in the State of Florida County
of Alachua viz  The S.E. quarter of the South west
quarter of Section thirty six, Township Seven
South Range Twenty East containing Forty acres
More or less according to the United States survey
To Have and to hold to the said purchaser his heirs
and assigns forever and I expressly release all
claim under homestead and dower laws and
covenant that I have good right to convey said
premises that they are free from all encumbran
ces whatsoever and that the title to the same to
the above named purchaser I will forever Warrant and
Defend Witness my hand and seal on this Eleventh day
of June A.D. Eighteen Hundred and Eighty three.
