Florida particularly Known and described as follows
to wit: The South half of the South west Quarter
of the North West Quarter of the South West Quarter
of section sixteen (16) Township Eleven (11) Range
Eighteen (18) containing five acres more or less
Fifteen ft on the South running the whole length
of the aboved described tract to be reserved for a
public "Highway Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and
to hold the same unto the said Thos W. Tompkins and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute forever and I the said Wm C. Andr
uss do here by covenant and agree to and with the
said Thos W. Tompkins that I lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that
I will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto the said Thos W. Tompkins and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the
lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
same In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal on this 5th day of April
