of Archibald H. Cole late of said County and State
deceased of the first part and Phillip B.H. Dudley and
James W. Williams both of the Town of Archer County
of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part by vir
tue of the Power and authority to him given in and
by the said last will and testament and in Consi
eration of the sum of one hundred Dollars to him
paid by the said parties of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold
aleined remised released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents does grant bargain sell alein remise
release convey and confirm unto the said parties of the
second part their heirs and assigns forever all that
certain Lot tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the Town of Archer County of Alachua and State
of Florida and better Known and described on the
official map of said town as Lot numbered Ten of
Block numbered Fifteen  which said Lot has a fron
tage and measures fifty two & 8/10 feet on Helvenston
Street which bounds it on the North West and also
has a frontage and measures one hundred feet
on McDonell Street which bounds it on the North East (Lot
10 Block 15) together with all and singular the tenements her
editaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issue and profits thereof and also all the
estate right title interest property possessions claims and
demands whatsoever both in law and equity which the said
testator had in his life time and at the time of his dec
ease and which the said party of the first part has
by virtue of the said last will and testament or other
wise of in and to the above granted premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To have and
to hold all and singular the above granted premises toget
her with the appurtenances and every part thereof unto
the said parties of the second part their heirs and ass
igns forever And the said party of the first part for
himself his heirs executors and administrators does cove
nant promise and agree to and with the parties of the
second part that he is lawfully the executor of the
last will and testament of said Archibald H. Cole and
has power to convey as aforesaid and has in all
respects acted in making this conveyance in pursuance
of the Authority granted in and by the said last
Will and testament and that he has not made done
or suffered any act matter or thing whatsoever since
he was executor as aforesaid whereby the above
