John B. Blake Trustee To P.B.H. Dudley Et al
                  "Deed"
This Indenture made the Twenty-seventh day of January
Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty between
John B. Blake of the City of Washington County of
District of Columbia and State of __ Trustee for Marg
aret A. Blake party of the first part and Philip B.H.
Dudley and James W. Williams both of the Town of Archer
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the
second part witnesseth That the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of seventy five
Dollars to him in hand paid by the said parties of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath given granted aliened bargained sold transferred
and do by these presents give grant alien bargain
sell Transfer and convey unto the said parties of
the second part and to their heirs and assigns for
ever all that certain Lot Tract or parcel of Land
situate lying and being in the Town of Archer county
of Alachua and State of Florida and Known and des
cribed on the official map of said Town as Lot
numbered Nine of Block numbered Fifteen which said
Lot has a frontage on and measures fifty Two & 8/10
feet on Helveston Street which bounds it on the North
West and extends at a right angle from said Helveston
Street one hundred feet to the South East (Lot 9 Block
15) Together with all and singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging and also
all the estate right title interest property claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of
the said part of the first part of in and to the
same with the appurtenances To Have and to Hold
the above described premises with the appurtenances there
unto belonging unto the said parties of the second part and
to their heirs and assigns as their absolute property in fee
simple forever and the said John B. Blake Trustee for
himself and for all others claiming by through or under
him does covenant and agree that he is seized in fee simple
of a good and indefeasible estate in and to the above premises
by deed from the Trustees of the Florida Rail Road Company dated
June 12 1867 and that he has conveyed the same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and every
nature and description created by himself and that the
said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peacebly enjoy the above described
premises against all persons whomsoever lawfully claim
ing by Through or under him the said party of the first
part In testimony whereof the said party of the first part
