Meanderings of said road to the Eastern line of the
Cunningham Lands thence South to the beginning
Corner Containing by estimation Four hundred 400 acres
more or less said land purchased this day by John M.
Taylor from C.T. Dawkins and James B. Dawkins her
husband Hereby giving unto my said Attorney full
power to do and perform all matter and things requis
ite to be done in the premises as fully as I could
do if personally present with full power of substitution
and revocation hereby ratifying and confirming all
that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause
to be done hereof In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on this the 31st

Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
I John M. Taylor by my Attorney in fact J.A. Carlisle and
Sarah C. Taylor wife of said John M. Taylor for and
in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars
to me cash in hand paid by John R. Eddins of the
aforesaid county and State the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold and convey
ed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto him the said John R. Eddins all that
certain lot piece parcel or tract of land situated lying
and being in Alachua County State of Florida and
particularly described as being Lot Numbered One (1)
