of Floral Park as fully appears by a Map or plat of said
Floral Park duly recorded in deed Book "O" at pages 474
& 475 Public records of Alachua County Florida and contain
ing Five (5) Acres of land more or less Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining to
have and to hold the same unto him the said John R.
Eddins his heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute
forever. And I the said John M. Taylor do hereby cov
enant and agree to and with the said John R. Eddins his
heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized of the
above described premises that the same are free from
all and any encumbrances of any Kind or description
Whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors adm
inistrators and assigns shall forever warrant and def
end the title to the same to him the said John R. Edd
ins his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever

Sarah C. Taylor wife of John M. Taylor who being
first examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges that she executed the
foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose of
releasing renouncing and relinquishing all of her
dower and right of dower in and to the lands
therein described and that she did the same freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint com
pulsion apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband
