Court within and for the County of Bristol the same
being the Highest Court of record in the said Com
monwealth do hereby certify that I am acquainted with
the hand writing of J.E. Wilbar Esq. and that his 
genuine signature is subscribed to the foregoing cer
tificate of the acknowledgment of the annexed deed that
at the date of said certificate he was an acting Jus
tice of the Peace within and for the County afore
said duly commissioned and qualified having full power
and authority to receive and certify the acknowledgment
of deeds that full faith and credit are due to his
official certificates: and that the deed afforesaid app
ears to be executed and acknowledged with the form
alities and in the manner necessary under the laws and
usages of this commonwealth to convey real estate
