and in consideration of Two Hundred dollars to him
in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given
granted aliened bargained sold transferred and do by
these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer
and convey unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs and assigns forever all those Certain
Lots tracts or Parcels of land situated lying and being
in the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and the
State of Florida and Known and described on the
Public Maps of said Town as Lots Thirteen and Four
teen Block One Branning addition to Waldo Tog
ether with all and singular the tenements hereditam
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging and also all
the estate right title interest dower and right of dower
property claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in equity of the said party of the first part
of in and to the same with the appurtenances To Have
and to Hold the above described premises with the app
urtenances thereunto belonging unto the said party of the
second part and his Heirs and assigns as their abso
lute property in fee simple forever and the said C.K.
Dutton for himself doth covenant and agree that he
is lawfully seized of the above described premises by
deed from D.L. Branning & wife bearing date June June 5th
1879, and that he hath conveyed the same free and dischar
ged from all incumbrances and liens of any and every nature
and description created by himself and that the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all
persons whatsoever lawfully claiming by through or under
him the said party of the first part In testimony where

S.B. Goodale a commissioner for Florida in & for said
County & State personally appeared C.K. Dutton and Alice
B. Dutton his wife on this thirtieth day of April A.D. 1883,
who severally acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
deed and I further certify that the said Alice B. Dutton
being at the time separate and apart from her said hus
band did acknowledge under her hand and seal that she
executed the foregoing deed of conveyance to C.L. Jones
and that she joined on the said deed for the purpose
