said relinquishment and renunciation of dower was and is made

State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
I William Spann of the aforesaid county and State for
and in Consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars
to me in hand paid by Peter Spann of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said Peter Spann all of the certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
 being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly Known and described as follows to wit:
The South East Quarter of the South West Quarter of
Section Thirty two in Township Ten south of Range
Eighteen East Containing Forty Acres and three
hundredths of an Acre containing by estimation _ acres
of land more or less Together with all and singul
ar the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and
to hold the same unto the said Peter Spann and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple absolute and I the said William Spann
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
Peter Spann that I am lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any Kind whatsoever and that I will and My
heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto the
said Peter Spann and to his heirs executors
