Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents that
We Fannie W. Fountain and Benjamin W. Fontain wife
and husband of the aforesaid county and State for and
in consider ation of the sum of one thousand five
Hundred Dollars to us in hand paid by Percy F. Wilson
of the County of Alachua in the state of Florida the receipt
whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargain
ed sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said Percy
F. Wilson all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of Ala
chua in the State of Florida particularly Known and
described as follows to wit: The South half of
Block Four (4) Range Six (6) according to the
plot of the oridinal survey of the Town (Now
City) of Gainesville which said plot is duly reco
rded in Deed Book "H" at page "383" public records
of said Alachua County Florida containing by estim
ation 19750 square feet of land more or less Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining To have and to hold the same unto him
the said Percy F. Wilson and to his heirs executors adm
inistrators and assigns in fee simple absolute and we
the said Fannie W. Fontain and Benjamin W. Fon
tain Wife & Husband do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said Percy F. Wilson that we are law
fully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed and that we have good and lawful right
to sell and convey the same that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and
that we will and our heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto him the said Percy F. Wilson and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same In witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
our seals on this 19th day of June A.D. 1883.
