19th day of June A.D. 1883, before me personally appeared
Mrs. Tanny W. Fontane wife of Benjamin W. Fontaine
the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first
duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges
before me that she did sign the said deed of convey
ance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and
renouncing all of her right of Separate estate in
and to the land in said deed described and that
said relinquishment and renunciation of separate was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.

This Indenture made the Eighth day of January
in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hund
red and Eighty three Between Jacob Link and
his wife Priscilla Link of Alachua County and
State of Florida of the first part and Deniel F.
Perry of the same county and State of the second
part witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of one
Hundred and Fifty Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America well and truly paid by
the said party of the second part to the said
