Alachua County   }    Be it remembered that on this
Eighth day of January in the Year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and eighty three before me
Thos H. Fletcher a Justice of the Peace in and for
said County personally appeared Jacob Link and
wife Priscilla Link who I am satisfied are the
grantors mentioned in the above deed or conveyance
and I having first made Known to them the con
tents thereof acknowledged that they signed sealed
and delivered the same as their voluntary act and
deed and the said Priscilla Link wife of said
Jacob Link being of full age on a private ex
amination apart from her said husband before
me acknowledged that she signed sealed and deliv
ered the same as her voluntary act and deed
freely without any fear threats or compulsion of
her said husband all of which is hereby certified

  Daniel F. Perry To M.H. Ormand
                "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  This Indenture made this 27th
day of April A.D. 1883, between Daniel F. Perry of said
State and County and his wife Martha A. Perry
who Joins her husband in this conveyance for
the purpose of relinquishing her dower in the
lands hereinafter described parties of the first part
and Monroe H. Ormand of the County of Alachua
State of Florida of the second part witnesseth that
for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred
and seventy five Dollars to the parties of the first
part paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledg
ed have granted bargained sold and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns in fee
simple all of that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in said state and county and
described as follows to wit: The North half 1/2
of the North West (1/4) Quarter of Section (36) thirty
Six Township (9) Nine South of Range (21)
Twenty One East except a fraction seventy
Yards wide on the north side of said tract,
