that I Annie F. Smith of the aforesaid county
and state for and in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred and twenty five dollars to her in
hand paid by George S. Chamberlin of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the recipt whereof I
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by this presents do grant barg
ain sell and convey unto him the said George S.
Chamberlin all that certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the county of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly Known
and described as follows to wit: Commencing at the
south west corner of the lands of Wmm Lancaster East by Barr & Moree south by John
J. Barr & west by Martin containing by estimation 2 Acres
of Land more or less. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belon
ging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the
same unto him the said George S. Chamberlin and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee sim
ple absolute and I the said Annie F. Smith do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said George S. Cham
berlin that she is lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that she will and her heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant and def
end the same unto him the said George S. Chamber
lin and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and
all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim
the same In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my seal on this 4th day of June A.D.
1883.
