given granted bargained and sold unto the party
of the second part the following described real Estate
To wit commencing at the south west corner of
the land now owned by Wm Lancaster and run
ning South four hundred and twenty feet to a Stake
thence East Two hundred and ten feet to a stake thence
North four hundred and twenty feet to a stake then
West two hundred and ten feet to point of beginning
and containing two Acres of land more or less
said Land lying and being in the North East
Quarter of Section Twenty six (26) Township (11)
and Range (20) To have and to hold the above
described land unto her the said Annie F. Smith
for her own proper use and benefit forever
