S. Chamberlain all of that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly Known
and described as follows to wit One lot of Land lying
situated and being in the Town of Micanopy State
of Fla and More particularly described as being Lot
Number (41) of Croxtons survey according to Map
which is on record in Gainesville bounded as follows
on the East by lands owned by John Livingston on
the North by Wm M. Knox claimed by Wm Lancaster on the
West by E.D. Barnett and on the South by John Mar
tin being a part of section (26) Township (11) Range
20 S&E containing by estimation One acres of land
more or less Together with all and singular the tenem
ents hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belong
ing or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold
the same unto him the said George S. Chamberlain
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolute and we the said E.D. Bar
nett & Alvania A. Barnett do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said George S. Chamberlain
that we lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that we have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that the
same is free from all encumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that we will and our heirs execut
ors and administrators shall and will forever war
rant and defend the same unto him the said
George S. Chamberlain and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons who
msoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
same. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our
hand and affixed our seal on this 22nd day
of May A.D. 1883.
