that we John J. Barr & Wife Susan D. Barr of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Eleven hundred dollars to them
in hand paid by George S. Chamberlain of the
County of Alachua in the State in the State of
Fla the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these pres
ents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said
George S. Chamberlain all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly Known and described as follows to wit
