         The State of Florida, Alachua County.
     Know all men by these Presents, That we Mrs Annie L. Barton & De W.L. Barton (her husband)
                                                     of the aforesaid County and State, for and 
in consideration of the sum of Seventy four ($74.00)                                    Dollars 
to them in hand paid by John W. Hudson & Myron B. French
of the County of Madison               in the State of Wisconsin            the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto them the said 
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, 
State of Florida particularly known and 
described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a point which is located North Forty and a quarter (40 1/4)
degrees west one hundred and fifty one (151) feet from the extreme western
corner of Geo I.F. Clark Grant and running thence West Eighteen
hundred and Ninety feet thence North one hundred and Seventy
five (175) feet Thence East Seventeen hundred and Ninety five
(1795) feet Thence South Forty and a quarter (40 1/4) degrees East
Two hundred and thirty Seven (237) feet to the popint of beginning


containing by estimation 7 4/10 acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the 
tenements, hereditaments and appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
      To Have and to Hold the same unto them the said John W. Hudson and Myron B. French
and to their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute.  And we the said 
Annie L. Barton & De W.L. Barton
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said John W. Hudson & Myron B. French
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we 
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumberances 
of any kind whatsoever, and that 
we will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto 
them the said John W. Hudson & Myron B. French
and to their heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and 
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now 
claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
         In Witness whereof We have hereunto set our hand and affixed our seals on this 
12th day of November A.D. 1883

       I Hereby Certify that on the 12th day of November A.D. 1883 before me personally 
appeared Mrs. Annie L. Barton
wife of De W.L. Barton 
the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly qusetioned and examined by me, 
separate and apart from her said husband, says and 
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, 
relinquishing and renouncing all her right of 
Dower in and to land in said deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of 
Dower was done and made by her freely and 
voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband.

to me well known, as the indentical person described in and who executed the foregoing deed of 
conveyance who acknowledges that  they 
executed, signed and delivered the foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses and purposes therein 
contained and expressed.
