The State of Florida}
              Alachua County            }   Know all men by these Presents:
That We George W. Kelly and William J. Walker and their wives Sarah J. Kelly & 
Mary A. Walker
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred 
Dollars to Us in hand paid by J. Lawrence Kelly

of the County of Alachua               in the State of Florida            the receipt whereof We do hereby acknowledge,
have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said J. Lawrence Kelly
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
All that lot of land lying between Main & King Streets Commencing East on Section
line of Section Two & running West to Green Street, containing Eighty-two acres
more or less. Also all that lot of land lying West of Green St between Orange & King 
Street & running from section line West in Lake Newnan known as Lots number
Seven, Nine Eleven, thirteen fifteen Seventeen Nineteen Twenty-one & twenty-three
Containing Eleven Acres more or less ? Also balance of Strip in Lake Newnan
Also in North Windsor number forty-two Green St. & Number three Section Thirty-four
Also strip Number six in Section Thirty-four containing one hundred eighty six acres.

containing by estimation Two hundred seventy-eight acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
      To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said J. Lawrence Kelly

and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute.  And We the said George W. Kelley and 
William J. Walker & Sarah J. Kelly and Mary A. Walker

do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said J. Lawrence Kelly

that they lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free 
from all encumberances of any kind whatsoever, and that they will and their heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and 
defend the same unto him the said J. Lawrence Kelly

and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now 
claiming or hereafter to 
claim the same.
         In Witness whereof We have hereunto set Our hands and affixed our seals on this

The State of Florida } I Hereby Certify that on the   The seventh                                                   day of 
Alachua County       }                                   April                              A.D. 1884 before me personally appeared 
Mrs. Sarah J. Kelly & Mary Ann Walker wife of                  Geo W. Kelly & William J. Walker                         the grantor in the
foregoing conveyance, who being first duly qusetioned and examined by me, separate and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the 
said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said deed described, and that the said Relinquishment 
and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
In Testimony Whereof I Have Hereunto Set my hand
