The State of Florida, Alachua County.
Know all men by these Presents, That we E C Bailey and Mrs M J Bailey
of the aforesaid County and State, for and
in consideration of the sum of Eighty Dollars
to us in hand paid by O G Roberts
of the County of Monticello in the State of Georgia the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto him the said O G Roberts
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows, to wit:
Beginning fifteen (15) feet from the center of the Florida Southern
Railway track running most six hundred and twenty five (625) feet
along the North line of Section Thirty Two (32) Township Nine
(9) Range Twenty (20) Thence South Two hundred and Eighty feet
thence East six hundred and Twenty five (625) Thence
North Two hundred and Eighty (280) feet to point of begin-
ning
containing by estimation Four (4) acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said O G Roberts
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said
E C Bailey and Mrs M J Bailey
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said O G Roberts
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we are
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that
we will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said O G Roberts
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

I Hereby Certify that on the 12th day of November before me personally
appeared Mrs. M J Bailey
wife of E C Bailey
the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and apart from her said husband, says and
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of
Dower in and to land in said deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
