Alachua County   }  This Indenture made the Sixteenth day
of September AD 1881 Between Mrs Martha A Hague and
Archalaus Hague parties of the first part and the Florida
Southern Railway Company to the party of the Second part
witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of one Dollar paid by the party
of the second part have bargained sold granted and con
veyed and do hereby bargain sell grant and convey
unto the party of the second part its successors and
assigns a Strip or parallelogram of land for its
Railway right of way 1.20 One hundred & Twenty feet
in width at whatever point or points the party
of the second part may see proper to locate the
same of in upon over and through the following
described land situated lying and being in Alachua
County in the State of Florida and particularly described
as follows to wit: Section (21) Twenty one Township
(8) Eight range 19 nineteen to enable the party of
the second part its successors and assigns to build
construct have hold use and operate a Railway
in upon over and through the said land said way
shall be as aforesaid One hundred & Twenty feet wide
and shall be located as aforesaid by the party of the
second part and it shall be lawful for the party of the
second part its successors and assigns and all and every
person for its benefit and advantage at all times here
after to construct use pass and repass with and without
property and effects through and over a Railway lately
surveyed or located or to be surveyed and located by
the party of the second part in upon over and throu
gh the same and the party of the second part its
successors and assigns hereby has and shall have
the right and privilege in consideration aforesaid
and in consideration of its construction and operation
of said Railroad to go beyond the limits of the
said One hundred & Twenty feet or way hereby gran
ted and released to drain said way and perpetually
to keep it drained and the party of the first part
hereby covenants and agrees not to disturb or molest
the part of the second part its successors and assigns
servants agents or employees in the use and enjoy
ment of the said way or privileges To Have and to 
hold the above granted premises and privileges unto
the party of the second part its successors or assigns
