This Indenture made and entered into on this the
fourteenth day of June in the Year of Our Lord
One Thousand eight hundred and Eighty three Betw
een the Florida Town Improvement Company a body cor
porate under the laws of the State of Florida party
of the first part and David L Yulee of the City of
Fernandina County of Nassau and State of Florida
party of the second part witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Two hundred and Seventy five dollars lawful money of
the United States of America to in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at or before the enseal
ing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged has given granted aliened bar
gained sold transferred conveyed and confirmed and does
by these presents give grant alien bargain sell Transfer
remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of
the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever
all those certain lots or parcels of land situate lying
and being in the county of Alachua and State of Florida
and better Known and described on the public maps and
records of said State as the North West quarter of the
North West quarter or Lot numbers four the south half
of the North west quarter or Lots numbered five and six and
the East half of the South West quarter or lots numbered
Eleven and thirteen of section Twenty Two containing one
hundred and ninety nine and 60/100 acres more or less also
the whole of fractional North West quarter or lots numbered Three
and four and the west half of the North East quarter
(or lots numbered Two and five) of section Twenty-seven containing
One hundred and Seventy-One .04/100 acres more or less all
being in Township Eleven South of Range Twenty-Two East
(N W 1/4 of NW 1/4 or lot 4: 8 1/2 of NW 1/4 or lots 5& 6 and E 1/2
of SW 1/4 or Lot 11 & 13 Sec 22 X fract N.W. 1/4 or Lots 3 & 4 and
W 1/2 of N.E. 1/4 or lots 2 & 5 sec 27 T 11 S R 22 E/
To Have and to hold the above granted and described prem
ises Together with all and singular the rights and privilege
*** easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining unto the said party of the
second part and to his heirs and assigns as his and their
absolute property in fee simple forever and the said Florida
Town Improvement Company for itself and assigns and
for all others claiming by through or under it does
covenant and agree that at the time of the execution
and delivery of these presents the said company is seized
