of a good and Indefeasible fee simple to the above premises
and has good right to convey the same as it has conveyed the
same free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of
any and every nature and description and that the said party 
of the second part his heirs and assigns shall greatly and
peaceably and may at all times hereafter have use occupy
possess and enjoy the above described premises against all
persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same and that it
will at any and at all times make such further covenants con
veyances and assurances at the expense of the said party of the
second part as he the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns or counsel learned in the law may require In witness
whereof the said party of the first part has caused its corporate
seal to be hereunto affixed and these presents to be subscribed
by the President and Resident manager the day and year first
above written

              County  }  This Indenture made the 18th Eighteenth
day of Sept AD 1881. Between Sarah C Little and Charles
W Little her husband parties of the first part and the Florida
Southern Railway Company the party of the second part
witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of one dollar paid by the party
of the second part has bargained sold granted and
conveyed and do hereby bargain sell grant and convey
unto the party of the second part its successors and as
signs a strip or parallelogram of land for its Railway
right of way (120) One hundred & Twenty feet in width at
whatever point or points the party of the second part
may see proper to locate the same of in upon over and
through the following described land situate lying and
being in Alachua County in the State of Florida and par
ticularly described as follows to wit sec (15) Fifteen Township
9 Nine Range 19 Nineteen of the Arredonda Grant to
