This Indenture made the fourth day of February in
the Year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and
eighty four Between ED Barnett and his wife AA
Barnett of the Town of Micanopy of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part and
the Florida Southern Railway Company a corporation duly
organized and established under the laws of the State
of Florida party of the second part witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of One Dollars lawful money
of the United States of America to them in hand
