the United States of America to us in hand paid
by the said parties of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipts
whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted barg
ained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
confirm by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said
parties of the second part and heirs and assigns for
ever all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
described as follows to wit Sections Two (2) and Three (3)
Township Ten (10) South Range Twenty-one (21) East and
section Thirty-four (34) Township nine (9) South Range
Twenty-one (21) East & all lying on East side of Lake
Newnan in said County & State of Florida & containing
Nineteen-Hundred & Twenty Acres more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper
taining and the revision and revisions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also
all the estate right title interest dower and right of
dower separate estate property possession claim and 
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of
the said parties of the first part of in and to the same
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurten
ances unto the said parties of the second part their
heirs and assigns to their own proper use benefit
and behoof forever and the said parties of the first 
part viz William E. Alexander & wife Harriet B.
Alexander for their heirs executors and administra
tors does covenent promise and agree to and with
the said parties of the second part their heirs and
assigns that the said parties of the first part at the
time of the sealing and delivery of these presents were
lawfully seized in fee simple of a good absolute and
indefeasible estate of inheritance of and in all and
singular the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging 
and have good right full powers and lawful author*
to grant bargain sell and convey the same in manner
and form aforesaid and that the said parties of the
second part their heirs and assigns shall and may at
all times hereafter peaceably and fully have hold use
occupy possess and enjoy the above granted premises  
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
without any let suit trouble molestation eviction or
disturbance of the said parties of the first part their
