This Indenture made this the 8th day of February
in the year of our Lord One Thousand and eight hundred and 
eighty Four Between N.D. Phillips of the county of 
Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part
and Mary Smith of the county of Buena Vista and 
State of Iowa party of the second part witnessith
Witnessith that the said party of the first part for and 
in consideration of the sum of said party of the second
part at and before the ensealing and deliver of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has bargain
ed sold released granted conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents does bargain sell release grant
