convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot parcel or
piece of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: commencing at the Northwest corner of section
Thirty Three 33 in Township (9) nine South of Range Twenty
(20) east in the Arredondo Grant thence East Two Hundred
& Thirty Three and one third (233 1/3) yards: thence South Two
Hundred and Thirty Three and One Third yards (233 1/3) thence
west Two hundred and Thirty Three and one Third (233 1/3) yards
to the western boundary line of said section Thirty (33)
thence north along said section line Two hundred and
Thirty Three and One Third (233 1/3) yards to the place of begin
ning containing by estimation Ten acres of land more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and all the estate right title interest property
possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
as in Equity of the said party of the first part in and
to the above described premises and every part and parcel
Thereof To Have and to hold the above granted barg
ained and described premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns to her and their own proper use benefit and
behoof forever and the said party of the first part
for his heirs executors and administrators do hereby
covenant with the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns that at the time of the deliv
ery hereof the said party of the first part the
lawful owner of the premises above granted and
seized thereof in fee simple absolute that they
are free from all incumbrances that the said
party of the first part has good right to sell and
convey the same to the said party of the second
part as aforesaid and that the said party of the
first part his heirs executors and administrators the
above described and hereby granted and conveyed
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part her heirs and assigns against the said party
of the first part and his heirs and against all and
every person and persons whomsoever lawfully claim
ing or to claiming or to claim the same shall and
will warrant and by these presents forever defend
