paid by the said party of the second part at
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged has
granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and
conveyed and does by these presents grant bargain sell
alien enfeoff release and convey unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
the following described real estate situate in the
State of Florida town Gainesville County of Alachua
to wit all those certain pieces or parcels of land and
premises Known and distinguished and situate in
Elliott & L?Engle?s addition to the Town of Gainesville
County and State aforesaid surveyed and platted by
John S Banks County surveyor on the 25th and 26th
days of August AD 1874. plat recorded August 26th
1874 reference to which is hereby had for a more full
and complete description of the same the said real
Estate being five (5) lots Each Two hundred (200)
feet Square or one acre Each and described as
follows - Namely in Block three (3) and ranges Nine
teen (19) Twenty (20) Twenty-One (21) Twenty-Two (22) and
Twenty-Three (23) of said plat recorded as aforesaid
the same being part of fourteen 14 Blocks con
veyed by Elliott & L?Engle to John Pettibone of
Washington City - aforesaid on or about the 25th
day of November AD 1879 which deed of convey
ance was duly recorded at Gainesville aforesaid
The above property being the same property which
was conveyed by said party of the second part
to the said party of the first part by deed dated
January Seventeenth AD 1880 and duly recorded
Together with all the improvements ways easements
rights privileges appurtenances and hereditaments
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
and all the remainders reversions rents issues and profits
thereof and all the estate right title interest claim
and demand whatsoever either at law or in equity
of the said party of the first part of in to or out
of the said pieces or parcels of land and premises
To Have and to hold the said pieces or parcels of land
and premises with the appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns, to his and
their sole use benefit and behoof forever and the
said party of the first part for herself and for
her heirs executors and administrators does hereby
covenant promise and agree to and with
the said party of the second part his
