Second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have rem
ised released and quit claimed and by these present do remise
release and quit claim unto the said parties of the second part
and to their heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece 
or parcel of land lying and being situated in sec thirty four
(34) T Seven (7) R Eighteen (18) and known as the Dell Grave
yard Together with all and singular the Tenements heriditamensts
and appurtenances Thenunto belonging or in anywise appertain
ing and that revissions remainder and remainder rents issues
and profits-Thereof and also all the estate right title internal
dower and right of dower property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in ewuity of the said
party's of the first part of in or to the above described prem
ises and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
To Have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and
described premisses Together with the appurtenances unto the
said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns for
ever In testimony whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year
