Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I Leonard L. Brown of and in the sed County
& State farmer in consideration of One hundred doll
ars to me in hand paid by Martha A.H. Watson to
the sed L.L. Brown I do assine the following parcel of
land to wit the track of land Known as the South West
quarter of Section five Township Ten range 18 Toge-
ther with all the rites and privileges and appurten
ances there belonging to have and to hold the above
released premises to the sed Martha A.H. Watson her
heirs and assigns to her and there use and behoof
forever and I Leonard L. Brown for my self and
my heirs and asines executors administrators do
covenant with the sed Martha A.H. Watson his heirs
and asines and that the premises are free from all
incumbrances made or suffered by me In witness
whereof I have set my name this day Nov 13 1872

saw L.L. Brown sign seal & deliver the above &
