heirs and assigns that she the said party of the
first part and her heirs shall and will warrant
and forever defend the said pieces or parcels of land
premises and appurtenances unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever and
against the claims of all persons claiming or to claim
the same or any part thereof by from under or
through her or them and Further that she the
said party of the first part and her heirs shall
and will at any and at all times hereafter upon
the request and at the cost of the said party of the
second part or his heirs or assigns make execute
deliver and acknowledge all such other Deed or deeds
or other assurance in law for the more certain and
effectual conveyance of the said pieces or parcels
of land and premises and appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs or assigns as the
said party of the second part his heirs or assigns
or his counsel learned in the law shall advise devise
or require In Testimony whereof the said party of
the first part has hereunto set her hand and
seal on the day and year first hereinbefore written

that Lucy A. Bailey party to a certain Deed bearing

being personally well Known to me to be the person
who executed the said Deed and acknowledged the
same to be her act and deed Given under my hand
