County of Leon   } On this Seventh day of Novem
ber 1883 before me Council A. Bryan Clerk Circuit
Court Leon County personally appeared Wm M. McIntosh
and S.A. McIntosh his wife to me Known to be the
persons described in and who executed the foregoing
instrument and severally acknowledged the execution
thereof to be their free act and deed for the purpose
therein mentioned and the said Sarah A. McIntosh
the wife of the said William M. McIntosh on an
examination taken and made separately and apart from
her said husband did acknowledged that she made her
self a party to the said deed for the purposes of renouncing
and relinquishing her dower or right of dower in and
to the lands tenements hereditaments therein described and
thereby granted and released and that such relinquish
ment or renunciation of dower is made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint appre
or fear of or from her said husband.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 13th day of
February AD 1884 between John Haile Executor of the
Estate of Mrs Amelia Haile deceased of said State and
County of the first part and Phillip Rutledge of Alachua
County in the State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in consid
eration of the sum of One hundred and Twenty dollars
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents does
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of
the second part all of that certain lot piece parcel
or tract of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida particular
ly Known and described as follows to wit Begin
ning at a Stake which is located Twenty One (21)
