Gibbs Lazarus Michael and Jack Clarke Trustees
of the Methodist Episcopal Church Hawthorn
Florida the County Board of Public Instruction
of the County of Alachua State of Florida of the
second part witnesseth that for and in consider
ation of the sum of One Dollars to the parties of the
first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby ackn
owledged have granted bargained sold and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
parties of the second part & their successors in office fee
simple all of that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being in said State and County and described
as follows To wit: All that part of a certain tract
conveyed to said Trustees by H.A. Morrison and
Columbus J. Morrison on the 27th day of March
AD 1882 lying in the North East Corner of said tract
and being one quarter thereof to wit One Square
acre of said four acre tract lying and being in the
North East corner of the North West Quarter of the
South East Quarter of Section Twenty Six Township Ten
South Range Twenty two East as will more fully app
ear by the record of said deed in the public records
of Alachua County aforesaid in deed Book H Page
791. To Have and to hold the above described land
to the said parties of the second part & their successors
in office together with the rights members and appur
tenances thereunto being belonging or in any manner
appertaining and the said parties of the first part for
themselves their heirs executors administrators and assigns
the title to the above bargained sold and conveyed premises
will forever warrant and defend against all legal
claims and demands In Testimony whereof we have
