Mrs. Sarah A. Ellis wife of Thos C. Ellis the grantor in
the foregoing conveyance who upon being duly question
ed and examined by me separate and apart from her
husband says and acknowledges before me that she
signed the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all her right
of Dower in and to the land in said deed described
and that she did the same freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her husband

presents That we Ann E.A. Sanders and Isaac
Saunders her husband of the aforesaid county and
State for and in consideration of the sum of One
