and George E. Gibbes Trustee for Mrs Amelia S. Haile
of Mrs Amelia Haile deceased County in the State of
South Carolina of the second part witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in consid
eration of the sum of thirty four ($3400) dollars to him
in hand paid by the said party of the second part
