bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part all of that certain lot piece parcel or tract of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly Known and described as follows to wit: Beginning
at the North W Corner of section twenty six (26) in Township
Nine (9) South Range Eighteen (18) East and running thence south
along the Western boundary line of said section Twenty five
(25) chains and three (3) links to the North West corner of
Jesse Taylors land thence East along Jesse Taylors Northern
boundary line seven (7) chains thence North twenty five (25)
chains and three 3 links to the northern boundary line of said
section thence West along said section line Seven (7) chains
to the point of beginning containing by estimation seventeen &
a half (17 1/2) acres of land more or less Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appurtaining To Have
and to hold the same unto him the said party of the
second part and to his legal representative and assign
ns in fee simple and absolute and the said party of
the first part does hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said party of the second part that he is lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby convey
ed and that he has good and lawful right to sell and
convey the same that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any Kind whatsoever and that he will
and his heirs executors and administrators shall and will
forever warrant and defend the same unto the said
party of the second part and to his legal representatives
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of
any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter
to claim the same In witness whereof the said party of
