Alachua County   } This Indenture made this 15th day 
of February AD 1884 between P.H. Young of the first 
part and John Haile of the second part all of the
State and County aforesaid: Witnesseth that the said party 
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum 
of Six Hundred and twenty five dollars to him paid 
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted 
bargained sold and conveyed and does by these presents 
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of 
the second part an undivided One half interest in all 
those certain lots tracts pieces or parcels of land lying 
and being situate in the State and County aforesaid and 
particularly described as follows to wit One lot or Tract
beginning at a point on the Northern boundary line of 
Section Twenty Six (26) in Township Nine (9) South Range 
Eighteen (18) East which point of beginning is located 
Seven (7) chains East of and from the North West 
corner of said Section and running thence South
Twenty five (25) chains and Three (3) links to Jesse Taylors
line thence East along his line Twenty three (23) chains
and Eighty 80 links thence North Twenty five (25) chains
and three (3) links to the Northern boundary line of
said Section thence West along said Section line
Twenty three 23 chains and Eighty (80) links to the point 
of beginning containing Fifty Nine 60/100 Acres of land - 
more or less. Also Another lot or Tract described as 
follows To wit: Beginning at a point which is 
located on the Western boundary line of said Section 
Thirty seven (37) chains and Forty five (45) links South 
of and from the North West corner of said Section 
and running thence East Thirteen (13) chains and Ninety 
four (94) links thence south Twenty three (23) chains 
and Seventy six (76) links thence West thirteen (13) 
chains and Ninety four (94) links to the Western boundary
