Alachua County   } Be it Known that on this day
of February AD 1884 before me personally came Mrs Kate
R. Young wife of P.H. Young the grantor in the foreg
oing deed of conveyance who upon being duly question
ed and examined by me separate and apart from her
husband says and acknowledged that for the consider
ation named in the foregoing deed and for the further
consideration of One dollar to her paid she does hereby
freely and voluntarily renounce and relinquish all her
right of dower in and to the land in said deed
described and conveyed and that she does the same
without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband
