This Indenture made this Eighth day of December AD
1883 Between Henry C. Gibbons and Eliza A. Gibbons
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of
the first part and Jesse Bouge of the County of Grant
and State of Indiana party of the second part witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of Two Thousand Dollars to them
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have bargained sold and transferred and by
these presents do bargain sell and Transfer unto
the said party of the second part and his heirs and
assigns forever all that certain parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and
