        County   } This Indenture made the 15th day
of February AD 1884 between John Haile Executor of
     Mrs Amelia Haile deceased,
^the Estate of the said State and County of the first part
and Philip Rutledge of Alachua County in the State
of Florida of the second part witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of
two hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged ha granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part
all of that certain lot piece parcel or tract of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly known and des
cribed as follows to wit Beginning at a Stake which
is located Twelve forty seven one hundred 12 47/100
chains East of and from the half mile stake on
