in the State of New York to take acknowledgments of Deeds

This Indenture made this Eighth day of November Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and Eighty three between
Margaret A. Blake Trustee of the City of Washington
in the District of Columbia of the first part and Thom
as W. Thompson of the County of Putnam State of Florida of
the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of three
hundred and nineteen & 28/100 Dollars lawful money
of the United States to her in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has granted bargained sold aliened
remised released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents does grant bargain sell alien remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party of
the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever
all those certain Lots tracts or parcels of land situate
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and Known and described on the public
maps of said State as the South West quarter of
the North East quarter and the South East quarter
of the North West quarter of Section One (1) in Town
ship Ten (10) South of Range Twenty Two 22 East
containing Seventy Nine & 82/100 79 82/100 Acres more
or less (SW1/4 of NE1/4 & SE1/4 of NW1/4 Sec 1 T10 S
R22 E) Together with all and Singular the rights
and privileges tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain
