hip (11) Eleven South of Range (18) Eighteen East contain
ing one hundred and seventeen & 68/100 acres more
or less Together with all the Tenements hereditaments and app
urtenances with every privilege right title interest and estate
dower and right of dower reversion remainder and easem
ent thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have
and to hold the same in fee simple forever and the said par
ties of the first part do covenant with the said party of
the second part that they are lawfully seized of said prem
ises that they are free of all encumbrance and that they
have good right and lawful authority to sell the same and
that they will warrant and defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons  In witness whereof the said
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands

Judicial Officer of the State of Florida personally appear
ed Henry C Gibbons and his wife Eliza A Gibbons who
severally acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
deed for the purpose therein expressed and I further
certify that the said Eliza A Gibbons at an examin
ation separate and apart from her said husband did
acknowledge that she executed the foregoing deed
of conveyance and joined in the same for the pur
pose of relinquishing all dower or right of dower in
and to the premises described therein and that the relin
quishment of dower was made freely and voluntarily
and without any fear or constraint from her hus
band the said
